Fifty (yes fifty) fresh, ripe Little Scarlet strawberries are gently cooked and packed into each glass jar within hours of being picked. The Little Scarlet, each no bigger than the size of a dime, is unique to Tiptree and grown only on our farm. It's been grown for over a hundred years on our farms, prized for its intense flavour and fragrance. It's also secret agent James Bond's favorite preserve.

These are very good strawberry preserves, but a bit on the expensive side for me to repurchase in the future.

Little scarlet is the most delicious preserve - reminds me of how strawberries used to taste when I was a kid!  The order took longer than expected to arrive but customer service was excellent and even sent me a bunch of free samples for the extra wait time!  Will definitely order from here again!
